Order Process starts 24-48 hours AFTER we pull your payment from our Payment Processor.  This helps with credit card fraud and protects the business as well as the consumer. 


  • If you pay for your order on Monday, it will not be pulled until Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Once the order is pulled, then the Order Processing time starts based on the item(s) you have purchased.
      • Ready2Ship - Ships 2-4 business days AFTER payment is pulled.
      • Custom Order(s) - Ship 1 business day AFTER the timeframe communicated needed to create order.  Custom orders take 14 business days to construct units prior to shipping.
      • Items NOT in stock - ships 2-3 business days once items are received as In Stock.  This gives us time to inspect, wash and condition and fully air dry the hair prior to shipping.  Please be mindful that some items, i.e. bundles, and closures are not always in stock and will be indicated on the website there will be a wait time. 
    1. Major Sales and Promotions
    • Ready2Ship - orders can take up to 7 business day to process.
    • Custom Order(s) - processing times for wigs/units can take up 25 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

    Order processing begins AFTER the payment is pulled from the Payment Processor.  This will be 24-48 hours AFTER the customer has made their payment.  As a result of this,  order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

    Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders - Straight From The Scalp is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments.

    Straight From The Scalp is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website.

    Payment Terms

    Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards.  We also provide several Payment Plan options for all products ordered over $50:

    • Afirm
    • Zip
    • Klarna
    • ShopPay

    If utilizing one of the above Payment Plan options, ALL questions regarding payments will need to take place with the customer support team with the respective business.  Straight From The Scalp is not responsible for payment plan concerns with the parties listed above. 

    Straight From The Scalp reserves the right to pull out of contract with any and all of the above Payment Plan processors.  We are charged a fee to provide this service to our customers.  If we decided to terminate the relationship with the vendor, you as the customer are still responsible for any payments still owed to the vendor.

    If making payments with our company using a credit card, as soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

    Straight From The Scalp reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.


    All candle orders ship within 2 business days immediately after your payment is made.
